Terms of Service

Please read:
By paying the invoice, you affirm that you have read and accept the following terms:

  • Do not send money directly to my Paypal, I will send you an invoice when your order is accepted

  • All purchases are for personal use. In case you want to make commercial use, you must specify it to me and it supposes an additional cost of +80€-150€. (Depending if it's emote or illustration.)

  • You do NOT have permission to edit, credit or resell my art.

  • Payment will be made once the sketches are approved by the client. I will start making your order once the payment has been made.

Urgent Order Fee (Emotes)

  • If you need or want to get to the front of the queue you will have to pay an extra 20€.

  • It takes approximately a week per emote, if you need them to be done in 2-3 days, you can accelerate the order for an extra 10€/emote.

  • Let me know when you send me the email with the order details.

Urgent Order Fee (illustrations)

  • If you need or want to get to the front of the queue you will have to pay an extra 20€

  • Depending on the order (BustUP, ThighsUP, Full Body) the approximate time varies, but if you need it to be done within 5-7 days, you can accelerate the order for 50€

  • Let me know when you send me the email with the order details.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel the order AS LONG AS I HAVE NOT STARTED WORKING ON IT, I will refund you the full amount. However, if I have already started working on it, no refund is offered.

Changes

  • If you request to completely redo an emote/drawing after you have passed the sketch phase, you will have to pay an additional 25€ for it.

  • No significant changes will be made once the product has shipped, however color editing will.

Notes

  • I will send you the final product to the PayPal email you provided (unless you specify another).

  • All shipments will be made through my email.

  • For changes in PayPal, a 5% fee is added to the invoices.

  • I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I am not comfortable with the idea or the characters. However, don't hesitate to ask.

  • Number of emotes/pack desired.

  • In case of Drawing, specify the size (BustUP/ThighsUP/Full Body)

  • Description of each, be as specific as you can.

  • The "subject" of the mail must have this format: Commission 'your name' - request (Ex: Commission Sehyza - Full Body)
